The easiest and most simplistic self-service app I have ever used. And whatever you cannot do via the app, their support agents are readily available to give the best service. Great app.

I was assisted via WhatsApp. The waiting time was a bit long but eventually I got the assistance and I think Palesa's service was excellent! I always get my queries solved with Afrihost in spite of long waiting time. The fact that there are now multiple channels to get help through is also a fabulous idea. Thanks Afrihost!

Ok, so after leaving and touring the rest of these "ISP's" I have to say AFRIHOST IS THE BEST. Exceptional service, easiest CUI, most initiative UI. I'm so sorry I had ever left.

Had to contact them twice over the last few days over WhatsApp. Both times have been painless and the support staff were quick to resolve the issues while I was waiting. Less than 5 minutes from start to finish. Highly recommend Afrihost
