I have had very minimal issues with them over the years and their service has been really great - especially with the option that they brought in a few years back to communicate with an agent over Whatsapp chat to speedily resolve any issues speedily. Had no internet since last night 23 november 202. Did everything and nothing worked. Then this morning i went on to the whatsapp chat with afrihost and they connected me with Thabiso D. And you would this that a chat is going to take forever but not with afrihost and Thabiso. I was helped so quickly that im thinking now why did i stress the whole night if theres a Thabiso D at Afrihost. Thanks for the excellent experience. This was awesome.
